What is TriYoga?

Body + Breath + Mind.

A trinity of energy, calm, and relaxation.

Flowing and sustained postures for the body.

Steadiness and depth for the breath.

An effortless, expansive calm for the mind.

TriYoga was founded by internationally renowned yogini, Kaliji (Kali Ray). It’s taught in 40+ countries by over 2450 certified teachers.

TriYoga is a flowing yoga, suitable for ALL types of bodies, abilities, and ages. It focuses on keeping the breath steady as the body moves into different postures. “Relaxation in action” is the goal with TriYoga!

This type of yoga is systematic, starting with foundational postures and breathing techniques in the Basics class. Subsequent levels build on the Basics series, adding longer flows, more strength-building postures, and advanced breathing practices.

TriYoga focuses on opening the hips and freeing the spine, creating flexibility and strength throughout the body. You will feel relaxed, open, and energized after class.

TriYoga is especially unique in that we offer modifications and props to help every body experience complete relaxation. Blocks, pillows, and straps are used throughout class to help the body move into positions, sustain postures, and keep the body as relaxed as possible.
