Restorative Yoga & Sound
Enjoy Jessica guiding you through restorative yoga poses while soaking in the beautiful sound of Amy’s singing bowls, gong, and other healing instruments. This is a wonderful opportunity to reflect and create an evening of self-care. As you rest in a restorative yoga pose, be soothed by a beautiful sound healing journey. Restorative yoga allows the body to let go of tension, leading you into deeper states of rest. With sound, the mind becomes still, and you move into the vibration.
