Basics Yoga

Wednesdays, 6:30 to 7:30 pm

If you’re not sure where to start, start here! This class is perfect for beginners or those with yoga experience but new to TriYoga. Learn how to breathe rhythmically while moving through a sequence of postures. Emphasis is on opening the hips and lengthening the spine to help you feel relaxed, energized, and strong.

Class is held Wednesday evenings at Pealer Hall, in Dushore.

Private Sessions

Private sessions are a great option for students who would like to work one-on-one to develop confidence, strength, or focus on a physical limitation. These sessions are specifically tailored to your needs and goals.

Visiting Sullivan County with friends or family? Book a semi-private session for your group. Set up yoga at your cabin or meet Jess at Pealer Hall.

  • You're also welcome to just walk in! Signing up in advance allows me to plan for the class, and also notify you directly in case a class is cancelled due to weather.
